2.3 Collaboration and Enablement

We aim to empower clients by supporting internal capability-building and promoting self-sufficiency in automation where feasible.

2.4 Managed Services - Hosting maintenance and support

Clients who opt for managed subscription service will receive a scope and service level agreement (SLA) separately. These may cover:

  • Hosting

  • Updates and improvements

  • Support and incident response

  • Security and access controls

2.5 Security and Compliance

  • Authentication and role-based access control

2.6 Fair Use of AI Resources and Token Consumption

  • Some of our services (including AI-powered workflows, chatbots, and automation tools) rely on third-party large language models (LLMs), which incur usage-based costs based on token consumption.

    Where these costs are not billed separately, your usage is subject to a Fair Use Policy, which is designed to ensure sustainable access for all clients.

    • Included Usage: Your service plan may include a reasonable allowance of LLM token usage, based on typical expected consumption.

    • Excessive Use: If your usage materially exceeds what is typical for similarly situated clients or the agreed scope, we reserve the right to:

      • Limit or throttle access to high-usage components,

      • Request additional fees to cover overages, or

      • Review and renegotiate service terms.

    • Monitoring: We may monitor usage levels for system integrity, billing fairness, and compliance with this Fair Use policy.

    We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking any action related to excessive use.

3. App Development Services

These terms apply specifically to our custom app design and development services.

3.1 Scope

This includes:

  • Mobile and web app development

  • UI/UX design

  • Deployment, maintenance, and support

3.2 Ownership and Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • You own your content and data.

  • We retain IP ownership of code, frameworks, and tools developed by us.

  • Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered app(s) under agreed conditions.

3.3 Maintenance and Support

If included in your agreement, we provide post-launch support, updates, and maintenance according to the SLA.

3.4 User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content uploaded to your application and ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and rights.
